Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare, is committed to providing our community of families with quality childcare to children of all ages in an ideal atmosphere that enables children to grow mentally, physically, emotionally and confidently. Therefore it is our obligation and commitment to provide quality child care in a safe, clean, healthy, nurturing, and nutritional environment while assisting children to grow with confidence in a multi-cultural & multi-racial atmosphere. Along with these attributes, children will be given a positive place where they can interact with other children while feeling safe and secure in their surroundings. Here they will be allowed the latitude to discover and explore their surrounding. This creates a naturally nurturing environment where children learn through play.In order to achieve this goal we must use other key elements such as creating positive relationships. Communication and confidentiality are some important tools we use to meet individual family needs. Allowing us to recognize a child’s natural ability and any potential needs in each child’s developmental stage. Communication with parents and our community keeps us informed of each families needs & concerns. Which in return will ensure we provide quality childcare & other resources to support your family.

We will do our absolute best to accommodate all types requests and schedules, and you can be confident that your child will have a great time. If your child has special needs, please don’t worry, but talk it over with us. We look forward to giving you and your child the best!
We provide, Meals, Transportation, Child Care Services for all Ages Newborn-13 Years Old. Classrooms are monitored by security cameras. A qualified teaching staff of about 30 teachers, a cook, driver, Directors & Administrators. Over 27 Years of child care experience of early education and supporting families. We have six age appropriate classrooms and two offices.
We accept cash, Child Care Resource Center, CalWorks, Stage 1, 2, & 3 Childcare, Gain, Department of Children & Familiy Services, Special Children, North Valley Regional Center, Crystal Stairs, Options, Military programs and more. Please d d

Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Child Care, Inc
Our company is based on the belief that our customers' needs are of the utmost importance. Our entire team is committed to meeting those needs. As a result, a high percentage of our business is from repeat customers and referrals. Our services have been used by our community for over 25 years. We provide quality Infant, Toddler, Pre-School, Pre- Kindergarten, and Before and After School care programs. Fresh Hot cooked meals and snacks are provided to all children at no additional charge. Together with California Department of Education Child Nutrition Services, we are able to provide meals and snacks for all enrolled children ages newborn to twelve years old.
We would welcome the opportunity to earn your trust and deliver you the best service in the industry. Our loving and caring staff are all CPR & First Aid & Safety Certified. They are always continuing their education in Early Childhood Development to ensure all children receive the highest quality care that is given.
Our Program accepts Cash payment, or Subsidized Childcare Programs such as, Childcare Resource Center, Department of Children and Family Services,
North Valley Regional Center, Crystal Stairs, Military programs NACCRRA , DFCS, Dept. of Family & Children Services,and much more. We do include special children in our classrooms if we can accomodate each child's needs.
Personal Family Background About Us
Penny & Peggy Nairn 24 Hour Childcare started in 1984, with Penny Nairn a single mother of six children. She decided to do something she knew a lot about and something that she could give of herself without any hesitation or regret. She gave her unconditional love and care to children of parents that needed someone to be their when they couldn't.
While parents married and single and struggling, worked or went to school. We started providing love and care to working parents in every economic status and every cultural back ground you can think of 24 hours a day/7 days a week. Our family grew within our home and outside of it. Over the years we have grown and now have two Childcare Learning Facilities with a staff of 20 including our administration , directors, teachers, teachers assistants, cooks, and a driver.Peggy Nairn, myself now has three beautiful daughters.
I've personally learned that anything is possible and I am teaching my children the same thing. I believe we together can make a better world for our children and ourselfs. I am always available if not in person then by cell phone to everyone at anytime.We are a Christian family and we care for children of all religious beliefs. Our staff speak multi languages have different beliefs and are multi-cultural. We are committed to providing quality childcare & early childhood development to every child we care for and to give them an experience that will last a lifetime. We care for the family as a whole, children of all ages to make it convenient for everyone's busy schedule.
You are welcome to visit our Licenced Childcare Centers any weekday so that a staff member can give you a tour of both of our facilities located in a residential area. You can also make an appointment. We provide a security systems at each facility. Also each of our six classrooms and play yards are monitored by security cameras.
